Wolter Group Expands by Acquiring Integrity Industrial Equipment
Kensar Equipment Company, a division of Wolter Group LLC, serving Indiana and Ohio, announce the acquisition of Integrity Industrial Equipment, a forklift, and material handling equipment provider out of Dayton, OH.
Integrity Industrial Equipment currently provides its surrounding communities with new & used forklifts and material handling equipment, rentals, and highly valued service & repair.
In joining forces, Kensar Equipment is able to expand its footprint further into Ohio, providing even more businesses with an expanded range of new & used forklifts and material handling equipment, service, parts, rentals, training, and more.
Additionally, the acquisition broadens the product portfolio which Integrity Industrial Equipment offered, with the addition of Kion North America’s Linde and Baoli lines of electric, gas, and LP forklifts, as well as Doosan Industrial Vehicle’s line of forklifts and material handling equipment.
