Illinois Material Handling Acquires Fleet Lift Truck Service

Brookfield, WI – Otto J. Wolter, CEO of Wolter announced that Illinois Material Handling, a division of the company, has acquired Fleet Lift Truck Service of Machesney Park, IL.

Founded in 2002, Fleet Lift Truck Service provides material handling Sales, Service, Parts and Rentals and has a well-established reputation for superior customer service throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

Fleet Lift Truck Service and its staff of eleven, including owners Rob Boeke, Ray Boeke and Jeff Martin will join forces with Illinois Material Handling as a fellow member of Wolter Group LLC, helping to expand the Illinois Market.
