Why Choose Reman Engines

When you have a significant engine failure, sometimes the only option is to replace the engine. Instead of buying a higher priced new engine, you also have the option to buy a re-manufactured or “Reman” engine instead. 

Certain engines are reconditioned to manufacturer’s specifications using OEM parts and are tested in-house at the factory to meet original factory specifications. Re-manufactured engines are also tested under the same conditions as new engines and depending on manufacturer, will receive the same warranty as the manufacturer’s new engines.

Another important factor to remember when looking for a replacement engine is lead time. While a new engine can take up to 180 days to ship, a Reman engine is usually available in 1-3 weeks (depending on the model). 

Always remember when replacing an engine that it has an EPA Emissions Label on it and it must be replaced with a Reman engine of equal or higher EPA rating. The Reman option provides you a reliable solution with a shorter lead time and cost significantly less.
