forklift scheduled maintenance programs

Extend the Life of your Forklift with Scheduled Maintenance Programs

Scheduled Maintenance programs (aka Planned Maintenance or Preventative Maintenance) are not meant to eliminate the need for maintenance. Instead, they should reduce the amount of productive time lost due to a malfunctioning lift truck. The goal of our Scheduled Maintenance program is to provide optimal run time for our customers.

Anyone can arrive at your facility to change oil and lubricate the grease fittings but are you achieving your run-time expectations? Is your Scheduled Maintenance program delivering and meeting your requirements?

In addition to changing the oil and greasing the machine, our technicians will visually and operationally inspect each lift truck to ensure it functions as it was intended when you made your purchase. The technician will also raise the machine to remove weight from the steer axle components to ensure that when greased the grease has the best chance to reach its intended target. Once the inspections are completed, any shortcomings are noted on the inspection report and presented to the proper individual at your company. If a repair quote is necessary, it can be prepared on site or, if desired, can be emailed or mailed to the correct person in your organization.

In addition to Scheduled Maintenance programs, we offer the required frequent and annual inspections for your plant aerial equipment. These programs meet the requirements set forth in ANSI A92.5.

We also offer TMR (Total Maintenance & Repair) programs for your fleet of equipment.
